The price of freedom does not come cheap. Every day that we wake and go about our normal lives is made possible because of the sacrifice of so many. The numbers of casualties you hear on the news everyday are just numbers to so many of us.

I thought that as well until I met the parents of Lance Corporal Patrick Kenny, Chuck and Tricia. Lance Corporal Patrick Kenny was one of those patriotic, courageous individuals. Taken away at the young age of 20, Patrick’s valor will not be forgotten. ARL, Inc., American Road Line, has preserved and memorialized the valor of Patrick in a Rolling Memorial. Each one of our power units and trailers is being outfitted with a decal in honor of Patrick Kenny. We in the transportation community find ourselves in a unique position to tell the country of the supreme sacrifice Patrick has made for his country.
